Business Analyst / Mid-level customer journey expert

Location: Belgium, Brussels

Type: Onsite | Full-time

Job Description:

First contract till 30/6/24 (extension possible)

Requirements:
Mid-level or Senior
• Expertise in SEPA payments and if possible, on payment plans specifically.
• Experience in business analysis.
• Experience in working with IT (Agile Methodology) and appetence for tech.
• Testing experience (UAT): capable of defining a testing plan/strategy, to perform the tests and to report on them.
• Structured and with good analytical skills,
• Customer-centric (background in CX ideally),
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Experience working with 3rd party providers is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Refine requirements/Use cases received from third parties or other squads within the company.
• Prepare corresponding business analysis (including UserFlow or Service Blueprint, field mapping, identification of happy and unhappy flows and Edge Cases applicable).
• Interact with the Tech side of the Squad to define the technical solution, in collaboration with the Architects.
• Define the testing strategy to ensure a flawless end-to-end journey. Document the outcome of the testing (whoever is performing the UAT as such)
