As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing clean and black utilities and HVAC projects within our portfolio. You will ensure the successful delivery of projects in terms of quality, cost, and timelines while adhering to regulatory standards and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects under the guidance of the Project Leader Braine, ensuring adherence to project charters and objectives.
Build and lead project teams comprising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), QA representatives, EHS personnel, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Utilize project management tools and communication channels effectively, participating in daily project meetings and ensuring clear reporting.
Monitor project finances and resource allocation, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures as needed.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including GMP and GLP standards, and maintain facility regulatory compliance.
Implement new technologies to achieve the company environmental objectives, particularly in the areas of utilities production.
Contribute to the development of user requirement specifications and maintenance instructions, ensuring smooth handover processes.

Qualifications Required:
Proven experience in utilities engineering, preferably in clean or black utilities.
Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clean utilities (HVAC and fluids) and black utilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and SAP, with strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of GMP and GLP standards.
Strong decision-making abilities and excellent communication skills in French and English.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with reliability analysis tools such as AMDEC.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, 6-sigma, Lean, Kaizen).
Ability to manage relationships with external suppliers and regulatory authorities.

Availability rates of utility installations.
Energy performance of utility installations.
Satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.

Next Two Years Priorities:
Lead the revamping project of utility installations.
